Back in the 70’s, the common pick up line was… “What’s your sign?” Well today in this new age of time… we should be asking, ”What’s your frequency?” Could you answer that question? Do you know what level of vibration you are radiating at? Does this make any sense to you? If it does… awesome! Keep reading. If it doesn’t, then definitely keep reading and pay close attention to what I am about to share with you!

One, who is able to vibrate at a high frequency, will be in a state of flow and have lots of joy, love and peace in their life. You are in control of your life and you know it. You feel joy for no particular reason. You find you are very positive and optimistic and you ignore that negative voice in your head, telling you that you can’t do something or you’re just not good enough or even better, that voice isn’t even there. If that is you, you are clearly in a higher vibration and all is good! If not, I am about to tell you how you can answer “yes” to the above questions very soon!

Everything on this planet is vibrating at a very subtle hertz frequency rate.  We all have a personal energetic frequency that is controlled by our thoughts and actions. The wonderful thing is that there is actually empirical, academic and scientific research to back this up.

Dr David Hawkins wrote about it in his book, Power vs. Force. He clarified it in a chart. (see below)

Love and Above is where you want to be!
Depending on where you are at on the scale of 1-1,000, will determine what your life is like. Ideally you want to be vibrating at the frequency of 500 and above. Love is at 540. This is the level where healing occurs and life flows more easily. Even higher than love, is Joy and then comes Peace. And of course, enlightenment is 700 and above. That means you can manifest your dreams and desires more easily. The lower frequencies will create stuck energy and blocks in your life. You probably won’t be living the life you really want or be as healthy as you could be. The lowest frequencies are Shame at 20 and rising on up to Anger at 150. What lies in between are guilt at 30, followed by apathy and then grief at 75 and fear at 100.
Dr Hawkins used muscle testing and kinesiology to determine where you live at on this scale. You can test anything on this scale…everything on the planet vibrates somewhere on it. The Energy of hate measures 50. Adolph Hitler’s energy measures at 45.
Anger measures at 150 because Anger is a moving energy that moves you past the apathy that can accompany fear and grief. Courage is at 200. The average number on the planet is only 207 approximatly right now. The number 350 is where acceptance and forgiveness lives at.

Therefore, these are emotions and actions you really want to try and avoid. Clearing them energetically can be done quite easily once you know how. You need to start training your mind, and connecting with your self energetically, in order to clear these lower frequencies.
You could seek out an energy healer, who would be able to help because this is what they do. From Reiki and EFT Practitioners to Sound Healers and Acupuncturists, even movement practices such as Qi Gong, Yoga and forms of ecstatic dance, can clear these energy blockages. There is so much out there today that you can connect with. Find what works for you or experiment with many. But for starters, you can start with….

Paying attention & living with intention.

How often do you pay attention to your thoughts? Or think about your actions? We have that wonderful voice inside our head that loves to talk to us all the time. Well, if you choose to listen to the negative ones, you are in big trouble. You might want to consider paying closer attention to them and focus on being in a state of joy, love and peace in order to raise your frequency. You probably don’t realize how much these thoughts control your life!

You are not your mind!
Your brain is an organ. You have control of it! This was a big eye opener for me when I heard these words spoken from my very wise yoga instructor many years ago. Since then, I have been in the driver seat! It took me a little while longer to really understand it all. That I have control, this is my life, I create my own reality. No one else is to blame for the events in my life! Yikes, there’s a scary thought. That is kind of depressing to realize that. If I had thought more highly of myself when I was younger, I could have achieved more, experienced more and lived life a little more. Where these negative thoughts and low self esteem had come from, I did not know, that it is a result of all my life experiences. What is different now is that I pay attention to my thoughts and feelings more and I live my life with intention. I wake up in the morning with an intention, I go to bed with the intention of having a good night sleep. There are days that I forget to do this, and things start to go out of wack. It is crazy when I am able to actually witness this in my life. I try to always make choices that bring more love, gratitude, joy and peace into my life. But of course, I am human, not totally enlightened yet, so sometimes I let my frequencies down. And you know what? Life still keeps getting better. I find myself manifesting the things that I desire more easily. I feel so much love in my heart and I really don’t get stressed out like I used to. Life just seems to flow with more ease now! Reiki of course, gets me through the days and nights as well and it helps me raise my vibration all day long! But if you are not a Reiki practitioner yet, just start with your own mindset… it really works! Then go get attuned to Reiki and take your first course!

Pause and when you have a choice… make an intention to:

  • Choose to let it go
  • To see the bright side / glass always half full
  • Figure out what the lesson is / positive outcome at the end
  • Just keep saying the words: LOVE, JOY and PEACE (even if you don’t feel it) Fake it till you make it!
  • Be grateful!!! (every day, think of 3-5 things you are grateful for that happened that day)
  • Be Kind
  • Think and act in positive ways

If you want to know your future, listen to the words that come out of your mouth. …Just remember that! Scary thought isn’t it?
